Initial Consultation
This time will be spent evaluating your mental health needs to determine if you and your therapist are a good fit. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about the speciality, modality and expectations of treatment. This does not include talk therapy.
Complimentary
Talk Therapy
Online currently, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, and practice new ways of interacting and coping. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Talk therapy is available in California.

Coaching
Coaching is goal oriented, and is not intended to treat serious mental health concerns. Coaching is a collaboration that incorporate your insight and awareness in order develop a plan to achieve goals related to a specific issue. Coaching is available anywhere in the US.

Short-term Talk Therapy
Virtual, short-term talk therapy is designated for individuals to process their experiences for a series of four sessions following a significant life transition. If you decide to continue in treatment, the standard rate for talk therapy is applied.

As a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America , I understand the impact that climate change has had on individuals and organizations that aim to provide psychological support to the community. I will be bringing solution focused consultation services to individuals and organizations who have felt the impact of eco-anxiety and increased mental health needs due to our changing climate.
