Build a healthy relationship with others…and yourself.

Step One: Find a therapist.

Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, or returning to therapy, the first priority is finding the right therapist.

Kim White is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 52628) who brings over a decade of expertise to her work in supporting:

  • people processing wanted and unwanted life transitions

  • empaths navigating careers in healthcare, education, or tech

  • women building skills to enhance intimacy and interconnectedness with their partners

  • adult children healing relationships with their family members

Step Two: Ensure the therapist is the right fit for you.

You have the intuition to choose a therapist who gives you a sense of comfort, safety and trust.

Kim views her role in the therapeutic process as a collaborative guide and resource on the map of your growth.  You set the direction, pace, and focus of your treatment.  Kim will hold the map to guide you along the way.

Kim offers complimentary consultations to help you determine if it is the right fit.

Step Three: Schedule your first therapy session with confidence.

It is important to know that you can easily attend and consistently afford therapy services.

  • Kim offers virtual and in person individual psychotherapy services in the West Los Angeles area.

  • Kim is paneled with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Optum insurances and works with the insurance program Alma to submit claims. Visit Alma to determine your co-pay per session.

  • As an out-of-network provider, Kim has partnered with Mentaya to help clients save money on therapy. See below if you qualify for reimbursement for therapy services.
